A New Beginning
Khurshid's journey began in war-torn Afghanistan. Growing up amidst turmoil and uncertainty, she faced numerous challenges that threatened to hinder her dreams. However, Khurshid's determination and unwavering spirit propelled her forward, ultimately leading her to the United States and the USCRI-NC.
Entering a new country with different customs, language, and culture, Khurshid faced a steep learning curve. But she refused to let these obstacles define her. Instead, she embraced every opportunity to learn and grow, proving her resilience time and time again.
